Depuis toujours, nous nous distinguons par notre passion pour le bon goût. En 1877, Joseph Hug ouvre sa première boulangerie à Lucerne. En juillet 2015, soit 138 ans plus tard, le groupe Hug AG, réorganisé, opère dans trois domaines différents avec trois entreprises: dans la production et la distribution de produits de boulangerie, dans le commerce de détail avec ses magasins et dans la gastronomie par le biais d.exploitations individuelles.
